We understand that plans can change, for all services, we require 24 hours notice in the event of cancellation. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Since all services are by appointment only, a major credit card or gift voucher is required to hold your appointment. You will not be charged until services are rendered unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours and/or no show your appointment.

    - Cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved serviced amount

• PLEASE NOTE: Appointments booked within 4 hours of treatment time are NON – REFUNDABLE

• “NO SHOW” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount


We reserve the right to move/change/or cancel any and all appointments made. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible if any changes are made. Please specify if you would prefer a male or female therapist. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment.


Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly to show up on time. If past the time of your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you full appointment but determine if there is not enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session


During your visit, you will be given an estimate for your proposed service(s). This quote will include all fees and taxes.


GRATUITIES are not included in our pricing.


Payment for procedures may be made in the form of cash, a major credit card, a cashier's check, or one of our financing options. We do not accept personal or business checks.


A 50% deposit of the spa services may apply if you are booking ahead of time and will reserve your spot for more than one service.


A 20% GRATITUDE will automatically be applied for groups of 5 or more.


Payment is due in full at the time of service. Prices may vary depending on service, treatment time, and service provider’s level. All prices are subject to change with or without notice.




We recommend you to arrive at SPA DE LANI reception 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allows us to have a discussion with you about your treatment expectations and prepare for your treatment. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.




Please keep any valuables that you’ve brought to SPA DE LANI on your person for the duration of your visit. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
